НАУКОВО-ПРАКТИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ РІВНЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ АКТИВНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ХАРЧОВОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ
The article explores the actual problems of increasing the effectiveness of decision-making on the activation of economic activity of business structures. The purpose of the article is to develop a technology for assessing the level of economic activity of food industry enterprises as a basis for substantiating managerial decisions to increase the competitiveness and sustainable economic development of this industry. The research revealed that the food industry is one of the leading system-forming branches of the domestic economy, which is involved in ensuring the food security of Ukraine, forming its export potential and can positively influence the dynamics of economic development of our country. It is stated that the achievement of the desired level of activity of the economic activity of the food industry enterprises determines the need to develop an effective mechanism for its evaluation using complex and systematic approaches. A comprehensive assessment of the level of economic activity of enterprises is proposed to be carried out on the basis of an integral indicator formed by the linear weighted convolution method of partial integral indicators of their financial stability, solvency, rational use of assets and capital and profitability. To construct partial integral indicators, an appropriate system of indicators is formed, which form them, and it is proposed to use the distance method. The sequence of calculation of the integral index of economic activity of the enterprise is determined. To qualitatively characterize the level of economic activity of the enterprise it is proposed to use the inverted scale of Harrington's desirability. The level of economic activity of the studied population of the enterprises of the food industry of Ukraine is identified. Further research will focus on identifying ways to ensure the desired level of economic entrepreneurial structures.
