СОЦІАЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНІ УМОВИ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ІДЕОЛОГІЧНОЇ ФУНКЦІЇ В СУЧАСНИХ ПРАВОВИХ РЕАЛІЯХ
The analysis of the essence and content of the social functions of the state is updated by the existence of socio-economic preconditions for the proper implementation of an ideological function aimed at raising the consciousness of citizens, which will contribute to the achievement of democratic state formation in Ukrainian society, taking into account the institutional and geographical features of the European factors. At the same time, Ukraine's participation in the global civilization process necessitates finding and finding a just socio-economic system, establishing an effective balance between the state and the individual in the social sphere.
The article investigates the nature and content of the social functions of the state, which is actualized by the presence of socio-economic preconditions for the proper implementation of an ideological function. Law and states have been investigated as an integral component of social development. The principles of effective implementation of the ideological legal paradigm are characterized. The issues of social policy of the state and its legal institutes are considered. It is emphasized that economic pluralism, as an integral part of ideological pluralism, is governed by the norms of constitutional law to a much lesser extent than political pluralism.
According to the results of the study, we believe that it is expedient to consider legal ideology as a set of conceptually grounded ideas, principles and provisions, incentives and motives, moral and ethical norms that contribute to strengthening and affirmation of the legitimate foundations of innovative technological support for the functioning of the state and society, European and world space.
The tasks of legal support for the functioning of the state as an innovative social creation structure are determined by the efficiency of its economic and governmental activity, the democratic nature of the political regime, the prestige (receptivity) of decisions and actions, the ability to social mobilization and fair remuneration. Accordingly, legal ideology, on the basis of world experience, should position the state as a set of determinants, primarily national interests, social development, democracy, social mobility and fair remuneration in their subordination to the information and technological component of social change as decisive
