СИСТЕМА ІНВЕСТУВАННЯ РОЗВИТКУ ПЕРСОНАЛУ: ВИГОДИ, РИЗИКИ, ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ КОРПОРАТИВНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ
The authors determine the role of personnel in the activity of enterprises, substantiates the necessity of a system of investing in the personnel development, determines benefits and risks of such investing. It is proven that the system of investing in the personnel development contributes to an increase of the efficiency of the enterprise’s performance in total. The work describes four main kinds of investments in the personnel, including employees’ training, professional development, improvement and maintenance of health, organization of free time. In the article, the authors suggest the main stages of assessment of the efficiency of investing in the personnel development in the following structure, particularly to identify business demands for the number of personnel and their main characteristics; to determine goals and programs of training, as well as to make calculation of the indices of the training program efficiency and return of investments. The research identifies two kinds of assessment of the efficiency of investing in the personnel development, particularly economic and peculiar. The economic one is characterized by the calculation of quantitative indices. The peculiar kind of assessment of the efficiency of investing in the personal development is characterized by a personal approach to such assessment implementation, for example customer reviews, level of employee turnover, reduction of the number of production conflicts. The article supplies formulas for calculation of the return of investments in the personnel development. It is confirmed that efficiency of the personnel training is also estimated by the degree of increase of the efficiency of employee’s work after taking courses or programs of training. To develop the personnel, it is proposed to apply not only individual approach, but also practical implementation of the system of corporative training. The research results determine that sound corporative culture is one of the most important aspects of consistent business. Therefore, corporative values should create a basis for the enterprise operation.
