АНАЛІЗ СТАНУ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА ЗА ЗОВНІШНІМИ ВЕКТОРАМИ
Methodical recommendations for the social responsibility management condition analysis of the company according to publicly available sources of information have been formed. The results of modern rating systems of enterprises in terms of social responsibility in Ukraine are analyzed. Statistical indicators have been identified and systematized according to such vectors of the social responsibility management system as: responsibility to the community, responsibility for preserving the environment and resources, responsibility to state fiscal bodies and the state, responsibility to buyers and customers, responsibility to contractors and partners. The results of a survey of regional state administrations on their awareness in the context of socially responsible business in their region are summarized. Regarding the external vector of "responsibility to the community", such indicators as the number of unemployed, the reasons for unemployment, the average monthly nominal and real wages, the number of full-time employees employed in jobs with harmful working conditions and those entitled to compensation, capital investment. The vector "responsibility for the preservation of the environment and resources" will be characterized by indicators that characterize the use of natural resources and waste in the environment. Liability to state fiscal authorities will characterize the pre-tax financial result. To analyze the state of responsibility to buyers and customers and contractors, we propose to use such macro indicators as: industrial producer price index, innovation costs of industrial enterprises at their own expense and the number of industrial enterprises that implemented innovations (products and / or technological processes). The social responsibility management condition analysis of the company according to the identified indicators at the level of the national economy is carried out.
