Методологічні засади інтеграції підприємств у систему економіки знань
The knowledge economy is a new methodological dimension of the functioning of enterprises, which can be described through the prism of intellect-centric and humanistic principles. The integration of any enterprise into this system requires elaborating a significant layer of problematic issues, primarily of a methodological nature.
One of the most important factors influencing the future of the Ukrainian nation is education. Science and education in a globalized world have always been the main factors of human development. Currently, they contribute to the formation of non-alternative means of self-affirmation of the nation. The vocational education level of employees directly affects the achievements of enterprises and must meet the modern needs of society and the market.
The article scientifically substantiates methodological approaches and practical recommendations for improving the system of indicative management of enterprise integration into the knowledge economy system. The essence of meaningful planning was analyzed. Its influence on educational services of the enterprise at the conditions of the increased risk is considered. Methodological approaches are proposed, which allow to assess the prospects of integration of enterprises into the knowledge economy system and form the basis for the optimization model of educational services of the enterprise.
The study results expand scientific ideas about the management of enterprise integration into the knowledge economy system and can form the basis for developing a methodology for using an indicative approach in the activities of various education authorities as a means of development.
An approach has been developed that allows assessing the intellectual capital of the company's staff based on a methodology based on several relative indicators. The practical application of the proposed model will facilitate effective management decisions, particularly in education, aimed at the sustainable development of enterprises.
A promising area of further research is to improve the structural scheme of information technology and optimization model of educational services in the enterprise during its integration into the knowledge economy system.
