ПЕРЕДУМОВИ ТА ОСОБЛИВОСТІ УСПІШНОГО ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО МЕХАНІЗМУ СТИМУЛЮВАННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ МАШИНОБУДІВНОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

The aim of the article development of the Complex-Target Program, which performs a special function of updating the economic system and stimulating the innovation activity of the machine-building industry in Ukraine.The results of the analysis. The basic principle in the process of stimulating the innovation activity of the machine-building industry in Ukraine is the comprehensive target program, which includes stimulation of innovation activity of the machine-building industry in Ukraine, namely: main ways of supporting the machine-building industry; formation of market infrastructure for; selection of frames for; state assistanceSuccessful implementation of the model of stimulation of innovative activity of the machine-building industry in Ukraine at the program level is possible with the use of strategic management in the following areas: strategic management of innovation processes with the help of international experience; creation of samples of new products; management of scientific and technological progress of the enterprise and, accordingly, technical re-equipment in accordance with the requirements of the latest technologies; modern management methods; quality control systems, product certification; logistic systems (process innovations), introduction of resource-saving technologies such as No-Till technology; implementation of enterprise mechanization, which involves testing and putting into operation a complex of machines; provision of qualitative technological support through participation of personnel in lectures, seminars and trainings, which ensure the enterprise from errors in introducing the latest technology of those enterprises in which such technologies are purchased; production of products that meet new quality standards.Conclusions and directions of further researches will be aimed at determining the strategy of innovation development of machine-building enterprises based on indicators of investment attractive­ness and innovation potential assessment.
