GENERALIZATION OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE PAYING AND INCENTIVES OF STAFF

Abstract

The article examines the world experience and national peculiarities regarding the formation of the most effective approaches in the field of payment and motivation of labor activity. The advantages and disadvantages of real personnel incentive models are identified, the practice of using specific incentive systems is summarized, emphasis is placed on the individual approach in incentive systems in most developed countries of the world. The purpose of this article is to find out the peculiarities of the construction of labor payment systems in the most developed countries of the world and to study the possibilities of applying certain elements in domestic economic practice. The accumulated foreign experience and various approaches to motivation and encouragement were analyzed, on the basis of which the following models were selected: American, Japanese, English, German, Japanese and Swedish. The analysis of various approaches to the formation of payment systems and staff motivation developed at enterprises of the most developed countries of the world showed that some of their elements have common features and are partially used at Ukrainian enterprises, but most of them have individual features that should be carefully studied and applied with appropriate adaptation in Ukraine. The conducted research allows for an in-depth analysis of the features of material incentive systems for personnel and to form the necessary basis for the introduction of the most effective elements of foreign incentive models into the practice of the national economy. Further scientific research may be related to the issues of developing modern flexible systems of payment and motivation of personnel of enterprises that will not only effectively perform their direct functions, but also create an almost individual approach to each employee of the company. The best motivation system can be formed only taking into account the individual motives of a specific employee and implemented through the freedom to choose certain forms of incentives such as: monetary reward, amount of free time and duration of vacation, social benefits from the company, the possibility of career growth and corresponding privileges.
