Theoretical and applied aspects of reintegration of migrant workers indicate the existence of a significant variety of possible approaches to solving this and related problems. Some scientific provisions concerning the formation of a national socio-economic mechanism, including one focused on some aspects of repatriation and reintegration of migrant workers, were voiced in their works by Karlova V., Koltunov O., Malinovska O., Onishchuk M., Pukhkal O. , Savchin M., Smirnova V. and others. However, so far no attempts have been made to justify a comprehensive socio-economic mechanism for the reintegration of migrant workers.The article substantiates the socio-economic mechanism of reintegration of migrant workers. It is emphasized that the reform of the state migration policy in the field of repatriation and reintegration of migrant workers depends on the interrelated components – the national idea and political will. The conceptual and practical aspects of reintegration of migrant workers in the form of principles of formation and implementation of the mechanism are detailed. Within the framework of a systematic approach to the theoretical and methodological and organizational and economic support of processes and projects of repatriation and reintegration of labor migrants, the issues of determining the subjects of managerial influence were considered. which will centralize the adoption, implementation and control over the implementation of management decisions in the relevant field, other stakeholders are invited to assign an advisory role. The purpose, tasks, principles, methods and expected results from the implementation of the mechanism are determined. ER -
