That is why the problem of providing these courts with professional, highly qualified judges, meeting the requirements of modern justice, is extremely relevant.The purpose of the scientific article is to study the peculiarities of legal provision of personnel issues in the activity of administrative courts.One of the basic elements of ensuring a proper and impartial examination of a case in any court of jurisdiction is personnel. The increase of legal norms regarding the requirements in the process of qualification of judges and the change of approaches to the formation of its judicial staff largely determines the effectiveness of the activity of administrative courts. That is why the problem of providing these courts with professional, highly qualified judges, meeting the requirements of modern justice, is extremely relevant.It was clarified that one of the basic elements of ensuring proper and impartial consideration of the case in the courts of any jurisdiction is the legal norms of their staffing. Increasing the requirements for the qualification of judges and changing approaches to the formation of its judicial staff on the basis of improved legal rules of administrative legal proceedings will be able to determine to a large extent the effectiveness of administrative courts.It is substantiated that the system of personnel policy management and efficiency of administrative courts work should be based on objective, qualitative and quantitative indicators. Work on the improvement of the rules and order of appointments, transfers to other positions (to other courts) and appointments to higher positions should be based on a well-considered personnel policy and advanced methods, the development of proposals for appropriate changes to the legislation and regulated by it legal rules of administrative proceeding.
